What cookies and similar technologies we use on MyCue, and how to control them.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Like most sites, we use them to keep you logged in, remember preferences and understand how MyCue is being used. Some are strictly necessary; others are optional.
These keep MyCue working. You can’t turn them off without breaking the Service.
These remember choices you’ve made — for example, whether you prefer dark or light mode, your last-used filter on a venue search, or whether you’ve dismissed a particular notice. They aren’t essential, but switching them off makes the experience worse.
We may use first-party analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they got there, and where things break. We aggregate this data; we don’t use it to identify individuals or sell it to advertisers. Where consent is required under UK law we’ll ask for it before setting these cookies.
When something on MyCue crashes, our error-monitoring provider records what happened so we can fix it. This may involve setting a small identifier so we can correlate related errors.
Some pages embed services from other providers — for example map tiles, video players, or media served from our cloud object-storage provider. Those providers may set their own cookies. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, parts of MyCue (including signing in) won’t work.
Where we ask for consent for non-essential cookies, you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s cookies in your browser, then revisiting MyCue and choosing again on the cookie banner.
If we add new cookies or significantly change how we use the existing ones, we’ll update this page and, where required, ask for consent again.
